Meditation is the process of experiencing a state of pure awareness. Through calming the mind and emotions, you can experience a state of peace and tranquility. Using essential oils during meditation can enhance the experience by grounding you and promoting a sense of calm.
Spend your evening with us and you will be guided through a full body relaxation meditation while certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils are being diffused into the room. You will learn about the healing properties of essential oils and how you can use them to create peace and tranquility in your life. You will also be taught a simple breathing technique and mantra meditation.
We will also be sharing some wonderful techniques that can be used in the home to calm and relax young children.
