I understand that with busy schedules, last-minute conflicts can come up.  I will do everything I can to accommodate your schedule. 

Please help me to provide better service for you and my other clients by honoring my cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least 12 hours notice, or a payment in the amount of half the price of the massage will be required before you may schedule your next appointment.

* In case of emergency, please let me know as soon as possible, and an exception to this policy may be made.
